World!!!

I do wonder sometimes as to what the heck are people even care about!!

It has been known from ages that ordinary people are capable of extra-ordinary things when the circumstances arise…well.. if we all have a close look on the things happening.. most of them happen when they are placed in compromising positions and difficult situations where they don't have any other go..

Brave people sometimes become the timid ones.. the timid ones emerge as the ones with guts..and millions of other things…so where does this all lead to?

Ah…I am wondering the same thing..the same thing which made me write this blog… and so.. Why do other people get into those spots? Coz someone else put them there…Why did someone else put them there? coz that someone else had something which he/she wanted.. ok..but why compromise another person to get that?

If we knew the answer to that.. the entire dept of psychiatry and psychology wouldn't exist..people have different psychological profiles..and if we pay close attention to the things in their profile which we normally see..we find that most of what most people show to be is not what they are.. very few people in this world actually have the guts to be what they really are.. Why is that? coz they are afraid if other people will like them if they be what they are…No wonder we have so many divorces…and love failures…They fall for their false show-off selves..only to realize the fact that the person is not what they seem to be.. it gets even worse when one imagines the extent to which people go about to hide their real selves just to appear good..just to satisfy their self ego..and give them the boost which they really need...I think the bravest thing to do is to face oneself.. the entire world is a different matter altogether..much easier if one has the ability to feel happy and be oneself at any point wherever he/she may be..

What do you all say to it??As I said earlier…food for thought..take care folks..until next time..

Voices unheard!!

This is food for thought for everyone who reads my blog.. Next time you hear some news..Think for a moment..How many people in that place actually want to hear that news?? Is it some sort of diplomatic crap that we are being told or is it something actually true?
I wonder if the people in power actually realise that they are actually dealing with lives of people and not their backsides..most of the times it is their backside that they are more concerned with that they dont even care about the people that they swore an oath to care about. It is these teensy voices among the people that have something to do with how their country is governed/run..When are we even going to change this fact.. As each new day rolls over with the sun rising over the horizon.. with birds chirping and the beautiful flowers blossoming out of their buds, one thing is sure the cycle of life goes on but where is this cycle going towards?
Sometimes the world looks to me like a huge arena with millions of robots which move around this place, each with its own memories, ideas, actions and feelings.. which interact with each other in real time...just that all these robots are made out of organic material..does anyone even feel that way? feel free to comment on this post..
If you actually think, the prime minister of India wakes up in the morning at 6(hypothetically)..same time a beggar on the road also wakes up..and the beggar wakes up in a haze of poverty while the PM wakes up in a haze...a haze twirling in the country's development...surely I appreciate what he is doing for us.. I merely wrote this article to outline some of the nonsense which we have to go through..
Sometimes the whole business of 'saving ones own backside' does slow down development of the country remarkably.. this way we end up on millions of wild goose chases before some sensible guy who doesnt give a damn to himself comes up on the scene and shows us the way.. Then instead of immediately following his lead, there will appear tons of 'leaders' telling us why his actions should be condemned.. and waste some hundreds of dollars/rupees/pounds/currency in the process which could better be utilised for the development of the poor and downtrodden of the country.. How does it make a difference to the poor man if that guy did it by the rules/not?? all it matters to him is what comes to him.. when will people realise that??

Love, is it??

It was just the other day that I was reading Chetan Bhagat's new book "The Two States" and the ending has quite a nice speech(if I might call that)..I pondered over it and finally came to the conclusion that The concept of Love is definitely something which this modern society should move forward in...Not that it is lacking among set communities but the general ambience is what I intended it to mean..

The book essentially aims at painting the traditional sequence of events in case of an inter communal marriage...The parents usually disagree, fearing rejection and extradition from their respective communities..Yet in the end, the parents relent(atleast in the book, they do). The poignant moment is when the father of the Tamil Bride speaks at the reception to a mixed audience of Tamilians and Punjabis.

"Our children have learnt to love from us...and why do we reject their loved ones?? When given a chance to choose between love and hate, why do we have to choose hate? Why not take it and use it to love another human being? Let us develop new friends..never disregard a hand of friendship"

I guess this is the message which Chetan Bhagat wished to convey through the book..a truly delightful read..I guess my post only means that the author's intentions and hopes of spreading the message across are working!!:):)

Anyways, Now I shall leave you all to ponder over it...Until next time..
